I was just about to make joke in the first second after seeing the title about soon Pakman is going to suggest removing guns from Cops. Didn't know he actually was so stupid to suggest it... Basically David is saying that gun ban should exists. And no David there is little room to recognize is someone threat or not. So many times I have seen videos where civilians get beaten by police, but same time those videos showed that the civilian was really acting suspiciously.
