You're telling me that national debt will be decreased by giving more social benefits? Are you insane? Scandinavian countries are currently cutting their social funds simply because they can't sustain them anymore. Also argument from authority. "Can you also explain how Bernie is lying about the wage gap?" Wage gap is based on shitty math. IT doesn't take account on people's field of education, work hours, how often they get sick, experience in the job field, are they home mothers/fathers, how often they ask for raise, and which fields they generally look for jobs. After all of these have been taken into account, the "gap" will be pretty much closed. So yes bernie has been either lying about it or simply not being smart enough to factcheck himself.

Both will increase prises of the products. Hence nothing will really change, expect the worse. Now the your companies have harder time competing in international markets and you will have even more unemployed people. Which itself means more stress for government because it's the workers and companies who they tax, not unemployed. Hence it needs to take more loan to sustain the current policies that bernie suggests. In other words this will only lead america getting more debt. Now however if you would suggest decreasing taxation for companies and corporations, while suggesting mininum wage. Then the prices would stay about the same, now this would benefit the lower economical classes more than increasing both. But I don't expect bernie supporters being very farsighted people. That is they vote for him in the first place. Because socialistic policies only seem to work in short term, but have serious drawbacks in longer term. "Our middle class is shrinking and our poor are staying afloat by using measly assistance programs. " You know when your middle-class was on it's biggest? IT was when your country was still more capitalistic and free. After it started to be more socialistic the middle-class has started to disappear. "Most republicans agree that the wage gap is out of control, they just disagree on how to right the ship. Arca Jeth Everyone knows that wage gap myth exists. But not that many know that it's a myth based on bad math that doesn't take in all the factors. "Raising minimum wages won't increase prices." Really? Then how do you expect company to make profit if they don't raise prices? Not only this but different companies earn differently. Not all jobs can sustain high wages.

" And site your sources, I doubt you are the math wizz that proved the wage gap is a myth" I don't need to be math wizz to know that those studies that claim that gender gap exists, didn't include following factors that are always factors when it comes to salary. 1. Job field. 2. Level of education. 3. Work experience. 4. Work hours. 5. How often sick. 6. How often ask for raise. 7. House mothers and fathers. So all you need to do is to check where you got your info about wage gap, and then try to find these factors from them.

Arca Jeth No burden of proof is on you. You made claim that wage gap exists. It's positive assertion. What evidence you have that it exists? After you show your evidence I will point out the flaws from it. If you can't, provide study proving your statement, then it's very likely that you haven't ever even read any study. You have just accepted it as fact because someone told you so.
