  2. I still believe that sperm bank did wrong. She has all the right to sue them and she should sue them. That is the only way companies learn that they have done badly. Blaming her to be racists is simply irrelevant. Now imagine if all black women get white sperm in sperm bank without their permission even though they asked black one. All the news would be calling sperm bank racists by then.
