  2. Clone is still human and it would still have human rights. there are twins out there who share exactly the same genes. Technically they are clones. Their father or mother would probably person who wanted to make them or person who adopt it. Clone is never like you unless it grows exactly like you did. In another words exactly same parents in exactly same area and with exactly same people. Otherwise it would just have his own personality which wouldn't match with yours.
