  1. Simply because it's not tested enough. Medical marijuana is used only as a painkiller anyway. Most of the other claims (positive ones) of marijuana is based on pseudoscience and rumors. Those rumors were created as attempt to legalize marijuana and feed conspiracy theorists minds. Especially since using it has been linked in growing paranoia... There is literally nothing you can say to marijuana user about any negative side effect without getting them offended or yell that "conspiracy!!!"
