You do realize that people from different regions have different genes than simply genes that affect melanin? Not alt-righter... But you do realize that race is based on biological traits? Even if you ignore existance of race and claim it to be social construct. It still doesn't remove the scientific fact that people in different regions or heritage toward certain regions have difference in GENES. We are not genetically same, and it's not really outlandish claim to state that genes also affect mental capabilities. It's not skin color that determines their IQ, it's different set of genes. Skin color has simply been used stereotypically to that simply because on average people with said skin color comes from regions where they have lower amount of set of genes needed to have higher IQ.
