Also extremely ignorant statement. Anyone who actually has been doing weight loss in scientific manner knows that gaining and losing weight is simply about caloric in and out take. How much you eat and how much you burn. The country you're from and how much you earn is irrelevant for staying skinny. What matters is your own eating habits. This doesn't mean that you have to eat expensive meat or veggies to lose weight. Just cut the caloric intake and that's it.

@TheSimpleMan454 Stop talking BS, I have been thin guy and a fat guy. Now I have fit athletic body. It's possible to maintain new weight as long as you actually focus on calories and avoid binge eating. It isn't some voodoo magic, it's just pure math. Stop with this pointless demotivational bullshit where you're trying to turn weight loss into mumbo jumbo. Science is clear on the issue, it's nothing but how much you eat and how much you spend.

@junior1388666 Even in USA McDonalds should be more expensive than just eating real food. Problem here isn't that they were poor. Problem was that his parents were too lazy to spend 15-30 minutes to cook a decent meal.

@junior1388666 I don't know, I would say that it's something else. Women know how to cook in nordic countries. For some weird reason in USA people are just extremely dumb, ignorant and lazy. It's no wonder that their country is collapsing.
