@Raydaruckuz it's not philanthropy I am talking about, I am talking about genuine companies developing exciting tech. That really defeats your point as you rambled on about philanthropy :). Yes, because if you were rich you would be a worse person than Elon judged by your actions. Money doesn't make a person good or evil, what is in their heart does, and your heart is so full with hate that if that hate had the resources to be expressed on a grand level, you would wreck more havoc than any billionaire out there. And comparably, you are much, much, much, much, much richer than a lot of people on this planet, and what do you do? Complain on the internet instead of devoting your life to actually helping people? Not only that, you are an active participating in the capitalist system that you seems to think is inherently evil for you to be able to say that Elon does more good than harm by default as you know little to nothing about the guy. Yes, you uphold that system, that system that oppresses people much less fortunate than you (good job btw). By your definition, you are as evil as they come. Instead you should not judge people by how much they participate in the system, but if they make the system better or worse. Elon makes it better, do you? How? Tell me.

@Raydaruckuz "You got me all figured out based on a couple comments ..." Not at all, but some specific expressions of opinion tells me something about parts of your world view. "I never said I hated him personally" I never claimed you did. "... not necessarily Elon and others for taking advantage which any of us would probably do in same shoes." That is different enough from what you have said here previously, so I am satisfied. "... cuz you too are bitching about ..." But I am not here pretending to be better than everyone else, you are complaining about a system you willfully participate in while scolding others who do what you do. I do not. ""golden god"" Obviously said in jest, as you original comment was equally ludicrous. "And once again I'm for capitalism ..." Everyone is for the Utopia, but that does not justify misplaced criticism of what is not Utopia.
