So if you can't explain your point further or even answer my question, I can only conclude you don't really know what you are talking about. I usually don't like to point out language skills as a thing, but I see your English is far from perfect, so do you think language can be an issue here?

Well, if you google that term, you get about 10 million hits (while "European cultures" only get about one million), so it is nothing you have to imagine, people do talk about "European culture". That quick look points towards your claim that "Everyone knows that it's actually English culture, German culture, French culture, etc." is not correct. Of course you will always find differences between areas, but if you want to be that distinct there is also no German culture, but different cultures within Germany, like Bavarian culture, so your claim still seems to be incorrect.
