@Kurgana there would be no gender gap if everyone had the same gender. Do I really have to explain that? Men would say that to solve the gender gap issue, but only the rich men would need to do it though.

yeah I read what the "National Board of Health and Welfare" (in Sweden) said about this and I was surprised it came out as strong as it did, given that I haven't seen them quoted anywhere.
