@philalexander7902 English is not my native tongue, but as I understand it, manslaughter means intentional. The law can be about something else though of course, as laws do not have to line up with language. Either way, you honestly don't think it is very likely that she didn't mean to do what she did? People only think it might have been intentional because of her skin color, and that is just sad.
