Either it is a true positive, or it is a false positive. If it is statistically impossible for it to be a true positive, odds are it is a false positive, right?

  25. you have to separate the two ideas "aliens in the universe" and "aliens on earth". The former is basically a given while the latter is incredibly unlikely.
