@yimmythegreek1 "Maybe the moon is still actually inside of our atmosphere?" And maybe you are a robot, or an alien, or Kin Jong Un...

@yimmythegreek1 calm down mate, it didn't move in any arch, it went in a straight line and is some protective cover or something. Space isn't fake and we have landed on the moon. The Earth isn't flat etc.

11 now, 8 from 2 Dragons and 3 from a Soyuz :).
1
@kamisbrbr yeah, quite nuts! The record is 13 with 2 Soyuzes and a Space Shuttle.

if you wanna say a landing where the live feed doesn't cut out, you just need to catch a few more launches. Usually it does not cut out.
1
yu don't want it to go straight, as going straight up would mean it would go straight down very soon. Blue Origins New Shepard does this, if you want to see how that turns out.
1
yeah, haven't seen that one before!

"why doesn't NASA show the complete uninterrupted landing of the rocket onto the drone ship" SpaceX does it almost every time, only sometimes the feed cuts out. You can watch old streams on SpaceX's YT-channel to see how it looks.
1
it is actually rare these days, but I don't think you care because I don't think you really care about what is correct and false.
1
and you did as well typing that comment.
1
@fd4340 it usually doesn't cut out. You can watch old SpaceX streams to see how it looks during the uninterrupted footage.
1
have you ever flown in an airplane at night over a populated area? :P
1
it's a research station, it does research.
1
hm, we can't?
1
@joismason9801 well, eventually the rocket is going to be very far away, and as it launches over the water we don't even have cameras as close as possible.
1
@joismason9801 stay longer how? When do they cut the feed of the video from Earth and for how much longer do you think they should keep it on? What equipment do you think they should use? Do you have anything to compare with, that shows it would be a good idea to keep it on for thee launches?
