@JEHill a school that has children who behave doesn't have to spend money on bs. That is actually the core of the issue with for profit schools here in Sweden, private "good schools" attract easy-to-deal-with-students that require no effort from the school to pass through the system and thus make huge profits of it, while public schools have to deal with troubled kids.

@JEHill Sure, but the mechanism is the same in Swedish and American schools, student who behave are cheaper than students that don't. It can be a dog whistle in the US ( as well as in Sweden), but that doesn't change the fact that behavior of the students actually impact the economics of the school. For you to deny that is denying reality.

@JEHill schooling is mostly universal because people are the same all over the world, and simple economics is simple economics. For you to insist otherwise is actually kind of racist.
