When they can spend the time and energy on states they would benefit from proving it? 3. Why would the democrats complain if they are the ones doing it? 4. Only one I see you can say that for is North Carolina, but your point is moot as why would the senators complain if they win?

The fact that you/we even have to ask this questions shows how little interest there is among the ruling elite to explain the validity of the counting (and voting) process. Then there is a question of distribution of the party preferences among the volunteers as well. I presume Philadelphia would have a much higher density of Democrat sympathizers given how the city votes.
