  5.  @Luvcat1974  to be fair though, "The National Team" (Including BO and 3 other companies) was the 2nd best option. Many companies made bids on this contract, and I think it is unfair to ignore that fact.

What specifically in it makes you disagree with the judgement that "The National Team" wasn't the second best choice? "That viewpoint is pretty far fetched." It is also a straw man :P. When you start a comment like that, and it is huge, do you honestly expect me to read on?

"Much of the "Full Deal" as it where, is made behind the scenes. " If you claim this, you have to be able to point to specific errors in the official report, otherwise you are just making bleep up.
