  3.  @ar71498  I dunno, they didn't act that bad up until that point, and a case could be made that the president is the president of all americans and that there should be some kind of love for all his citizens. When it comes to talking people out of something, I am not sure if it is a bad thing to say something like that as well.

You are the one that need to go to sleep and take the day off, because you pretend superior attitude is so misplaced here it is actually a bit sad. I have a tip for you, look up "the principle of charity" and try to follow it. That would make your future interactions with people go a lot smoother.
