That means that even "He was all praises for China’s economy" is an exaggeration. You are a funny guy. He said "The economic prosperity that China has achieved is truly amazing, especially in infrastructure! I encourage people to visit and see for themselves." which is very different from your claim. What Musk said is 100% true and without spin.
