It looks like this, as expected, because they weren't allowed to count the early votes before election day, and dems prefer mail in vote compared to reps that preferred voting in person. This isn't news to you, right? If you think they are printing votes, consider this: How come they can say how many % of the votes are counted, at the same time as they show how many votes are counted? If they add votes to that after the counting starts, it'll show.
