  8.  @DarkManSonian  you (I assume) guys have it easy though. The Swedish word for billion actually mean 1,000,000,000,000. We have a "modified" word for a thousand millions (and the French as well, and probably many more. It is sort of the correct thing, although I actually prefer the American way). Anyway, when doing quick math and translation we sometimes mess up, but I doubt the MSNBC people can use that excuse :D.

  27.  @sycolution  sure, it is just that I rarely see just 4 letters used anywhere else. Even Trump includes the Q. I understand the reasoning for not writing LGBTQIA+ or LGBTQAI+ as that is long and the order isn't clear, but as LGBTQ is so prominent in the culture, I am surprised it is not more of a habit among the TYT audience. It is even natural to me, even if we write HBTQ in Swedish.

  28.  @sonyabeam292  because LGBTQ is pretty much used everywhere, like: https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/house-bill/5/text Same in Sweden, but with HBTQ of course. The bigger reason though is probably because I can't recall anyone asking me to include more than that in regular speech. H stands for homosexual of course, that should come as no surprise to anyone as it is there instead of LG. I presume that is what your question was as I was talking about HBTQ.
