  2. it is generally not a good idea to launch over land, in case of bad thing happening. Very few launch sites launch over land, and when they do they do over desolate areas.

  11. it was healthy competition because the end result was always going to be the same thing, they continue to develop Boca Chica based on the winning team's design. As I understand it, Cocoa did win over Boca Chica.
