  3. if you listen to them and honestly try to understand them, treat them with dignity etc. it should be all fine. Don't be judgemental, be interested. Don't debate, discuss. Try to avoid coming to conclusions, instead just focus on what the facts are when talking about real stuff.

  9.  @brianboyanov9889  quite ironic as you comment was literally ignorant :P. This is why there is an actual divide between left and right, this concerted effort to try to not understand each other. YT doesn't allow me to link to those two though, I'll have to code them to avoid their filter. This were the first things I found for each issue, so no cherry picking. Obviously we'd have to do better research to know you are incorrect, but this is a good indication. I'd be interested in any study that comes to a different conclusion than these.

  11.  @AdamsBeastChannel  yea I'd say that, in broad strokes, what has left a legitimate window open for the right wing media is the turn to the left of the previously more or less unbiased media. At least that is my perspective on things for Sweden.

  26.  @naiani9033  the thing is, you assuming I am a Fox News, Breitbart and/or OANN viewer/reader viewer kind of makes you seem a bit extreme. Suspecting is not unreasonable, but assuming only shows me that you got the wrong impression. If you got the wrong impression about me, I wonder whom else you have gotten a wrong impression about... "It's not like a switch that, "oh man, I cared too much about homeless people, time to go riot"" Maybe not you personally, but there are people advocating for looting with the reasoning that "well they have insurgence anyway so... this is justified reparations", which arguable is an extreme position to take. Not necessarily morally corrupt, just extreme.
