  2. if a thunderstorm happened, it was always going to happen, and thus the 100% chance figure was true all along, not the 20% one. You have to separate abstract concepts like "rolling a die" and an actual real life situation where a dice roll will always end up the same based on the die, the surface and how you move your hand etc.
