  1. the longest i fly is Air China Melbourne to Beijing then stay in airport for 9 hours then Air China Beijing to Vancouver. I normally fly China Southern Melbourne to Guangzhou which is 9.30 hours but Melbourne to Beijing is 12 hours

  2.  @akanksha9269  i only get jeetlag when i fly back to australia from whereever i holiday. when i fly to the holiday spot i never get jetlag only flying home
