  1. i heard in some hospitals underweight babies who have been addicted by drugs invitro are often left to die after birth. a doctor told me this. he said it would costs hundreds of thousands to rehabilitate them and keep them alive. i was shocked. i can see that but should money play the part. i guess also manpower and the problem is too widespread. ?
