  14.  @brainiacleader323  I can't say for a fact but from what I understand they must meet with the department that it pertains to and find out if it will put the lives of agents at risk that obtained the information or if it is a national secret that can not be shared. However I have heard from many top officials that say it is a rigorous process before it can be declassified and made public.
