  1. Fentanyl is a killer beast, is it to late to get a hold of it because once people get a taste it consumes them till recovery or death. I have seen more ambulances with people laying in the street and have little doubt it is this strong drug. What is the answer because it is supply and demand ,if the demand is there someone will find a supply whether it be import or homemade products. China sends it here too.
