The government and their agencies do nefarious things to be sure, such as the Tuskegee study, project dork, feeding radioactive material to mentality disabled children and separating children from their parents at the boarder but your orginal state was so extreme and fearmongering that it caused me to debunk it and I do believe it is a complete overstatement that doesn't bear repeating
