@colleensmith4852 if they had installed the electronic control pneumatics braking systems like the legislation called for maybe we would not be trying to clean up this mess. These brakes stop all cars evenly at the same time to prevent the cars from running into each other causing derailment

@colleensmith4852 also in order for the federal government to come into these disasters the state governor has to request it. Biden called the Ohio governor immediately and he said he didn't want the federal government there. States rights prevent the federal government coming in until requested
