  1. You have to admit black folks make some of the best chicken I had in my life. I see your point but some of these southern fried recipes were invented by black people even if it doesn't teach other accomplishments by black people it does show some of the best food that can be attributed to their culture. I would have no problem if they had food from other cultures at different times of the school year like Chinese, Mexican, Taiwanese, polish, Italian ect. I get that they used this as a stereotype but as long as they teach black history too I don't get why fried chicken would be an issue because it's great food
