  2. Yep. I also learned that Kal Penn shares that birthdate. But you don't have to take my word for it. I'm about that age too, and I see that physical disparity in my peers. Early forties can mean a lot of things depending on genetics, circumstances, lifestyle, and sometimes just presentation. I know guys from the gym who can squat 300 lbs (135kg) but you wouldn't know by looking at them. They train for strength rather than mass and they don't dress to show off their muscles.
