  1. Personally I like a lighter hand with legislation and penalties because that runs the risk of arbitrary enforcement. That said, I’d make a terrible social media guru because I’d want to give more nuanced opinions and clarify that they’re just my opinions. I couldn’t just shout “if you want to get rich in 2024, buy these five stonks now.”
