Social media in general tends toward self-promotion and self-congratulation, but on LinkedIn everyone’s doing it in the same direction, bragging about how disciplined they are and how much they love work. And of course they do that because they’re thinking about their next job: a promotion, more clients, a new gig as an influencer, or whatever else.
