  1. I would disagree a bit on the idea of fan pushback for endorsing garbage products. Online fandoms are so fleeting that nothing sticks for long. Even the outright scams are soon forgotten.

  2. Publicity. If they shout you out on social media or a picture gets published of them using your product, that’s great exposure.
