@KC-rt4hp, no, you did not say exploitation or suppression but that is what happening in CCPchina which you Are referring to... and make a ''cultural thing'' comment without any explanation. you can link anything/everything to this "cultural thing" (you stated) bc life is about culture but you offer nothing on why Chinese people let CCP rule them from 1949 onward .,.

KCrt4hp, 1and2) you are very good at stating some independent facts which has very little to do with the discussion. Yes, Taiwan had achieved democratization in 1987 bc Taiwan people wants it. What's it got to do with CCP or Chinese want it too? Are you hopping that Chinese people want it too in the future?! I very much doubt CCP would want democracy whether Chinese people desire for democracy or not, majority of them haven't shown that they do... They have let CCP in their country to rule them since 1949. On the contrary, there's been Arab-Spring movements in Middle East (you compare China to middle east). There's none whatsoever in China.

KC, Please make your points clear and stay relevant. Go look at the O.P. again may help... The OP simply makes a point that Chinese people let/allowed an foreign ideology (CCP is a communist regime not originated from China as neither K.Marx nor J. Stalin were chinese) in their country to rule them and CCP would never let go of that power.
