  2. oaktharas, All, the western democratic countries have their own legally safeguard system called taxation and charity to support, fund and help their poor citizens in times of needs which is called social welfare system. All these democratic countries spend average 60+% of f their GDP on social welfare

  5. UK NHS is free for all at the point of access. Everyone has allocated GP to look after you for life, all hospital stays and medication are free.

However, it's the responsibility of government fund and build a healthcare system to treat the ill and sick at point of need. There's examples in the world that could be done. Instead, those countries with atrocious human right record treat their own citizens like slaves only for economic gains... transferring their taxes and savings to buy armor to build up military power aiming to dominate, bully even invasion...

  9. The point is that UK consider healthcare as basic human right. If you happen to be in Britain and fall ill you will be treated no matter what. So, when you live in a country with the worst possible human right record, the ill and sick won't be treated.
