  1. It is because the MOD has bought into this PC BS in a big way. Constantly ramming it down our throats. Sub conscious bias training and senior folk telling us we an 'institutionally biased.' 34 years in a military uniform and I (and others I have spoken to) can't wait to leave this toxic environment behind.
