  1. In fact, it is only the foreign ads that have been dubbed where you don't see it. It's all about quotas and I'm so sick and tired of it. Chinese? Forget it! Asian people? Rarely seen. The only folk who you do see are black. 5%. They are the most vocal, so it says it all really.
