  1. From my perspective, its not a bad plan. The only black Americans 'returning' to Africa will be people with money. Those without money, the ones living in the Projects, on the poverty line, will have to stay living amongst the gangs and the street violence. Well done Ghana for such a charitable approach to African / black unity.
