  1. This is a law firm advertising their work. It could be argued that they are doing so, not for altruistic reasons, but to improve their portion of the market. Furthermore, it could be argued that they are akin to those legal firms who advertise their wares on TV, except they are using a free platform to do this for them (Youtube). I have a natural inclination to be suspicious of legal firms who wish to improve their business in this way.
