  2. So your point is not that the officer shot the guy, but that he used 7 rounds to do it? I've known people shot 5 times and still carry on, burning adrenalin, until they finally collapse. So is 6 rounds ok? What about 3? Your comments are obviously not based on years of experience trying to detain violent and non compliant members of the public, in fast moving and high stress incidents. What would you have done?
