  1. I grew up respecting the BBC, but have watched it become a facile, biased, caricature of what it used to be. I'm happy to spend my hard earned money on the BBC, but not as it stands at the moment. There were 8 articles about, or relating to, racism around the world, on its news app 2 days ago. Most of these were the usual personal stories, without any balance whatsoever. We never see a black conservative (and there are plenty out there) given a platform by the organisation to counter the current, all encompassing, UK racism narrative. It is entirely one-sided and its getting hugely frustrating.
