  1. Her death is tragic, but to convict someone in the UK, guilt needs to be proved beyond reasonable doubt. No matter how entrenched people's views may be, or how much the BBC infers that the establishment is inherently racist, that simply isn't there in this case. Neither Belly not her co-worker initially stated that the alleged offender deliberately spat in Belly's face, only that he had a cough. This claim only came out a month after her death, and was obviously latched onto by people with an agenda. Why let facts get in the way of a good story, hey?
