  35. Comparing to cartridge games in 1985 is a bad comparison because of the hardware costs. Those of us buying games on more comparable cheap media (cassettes, disks) would often pay 5-10 for a game and sometimes less for budget titles. Development costs are definitely higher though. Not to mention you could swap games with your friends to extend the value. And the market was smaller. Word is Rockstar has gone woke anyway so I'll be holding off on this one whatever.

  36. This is tragic and wrong but people need to take care of themselves too. After my car got dinged up in icy weather while commuting, I decided that I just wasn't going to take that kind of risk again. That's not to blame these guys, they were just doing their best and I know it's very hard when its your job and you need the money but nobody dead gets a salary. Nobody is going to look out for you like you. Be safe out there.

So they go ahead and make bad law and hope they can take advantage of it before corrections are made which can be decades later. The problem with the constitutions is that it assumes the legislature would be reasonable people who acted reasonably.

I think it's easy to be fooled by what the algorithm presents you as an adult to believe that things are generally safe. Weirdly, for kids, it's a lot worse.
