  1. I think some of the problem is the streaming wars and the need for "content". It has led to a dilution of the talent pool. And of course, new hires are going to be hired based on DEI and not merit so the problem compounds. There are still some very talented people out there but it's harder to get all the good talent needed to gel together to produce something really good.
