  1.  @BritishTeaLover  Talking about it is kind-of pointless. What's needed is force measuring equipment in real-world conditions. I suspect it would actually be unlikely to get beyond 3x the tongue weight but the only way to know is to actually do it. Personally, I never intend to buy a cyber truck so not it.

  2.  @stephenstevens5746  You might prefer that your trailer launch itself into traffic but I'm fairly confident the people around you wouldn't.

  4.  @liledw13  I know there are lots of aluminum alloys with various properties, some of them quite surprising over regular aluminum so I'd like to know more about the long-term stress behavior of this one. Might be fine. Might not.

  5. I am a bit concerned at how close you guys were without any protection. I suggest a view of the hydraulic press channel to see what can happen when things release under extreme pressure. Glad it all worked out though.
