  1.  @humza890  True. But we're in an era of individual deliveries now, food or groceries. Though I don't think there's any reason that a larger version of these couldn't work with several descending pods at the same time for increased efficiency.

  3. For people who can only hear one, it could be the equipment. With the dress one, on one monitor I was only ever able to see it one way but on a different monitor, I could see it both. I could only hear "Green Needle" but I'm listening on cheap bluetooth headphones.

  5.  @tocov  Yes, for canyons and such. This, if (if) it could be made feasible, would be for suburban and rural areas and ideally not cost a fortune (well, not more than the fortune an ambulance already costs in the US).

  8. Airspace regulations already account for this kind of thing. The ubiquity of GPS means that these things can properly respect the regulations.
