  1. Love to see companies standing behind their products. I bought a chainsaw a few years ago, was using it the other day and a plastic gear stripped. Went looking for a replacement and it's "discontinued". So I have to scrap an otherwise usable device for a wear part (I may give it a go 3d printing one but I'm not confident that will be strong enough). Terrible.
