  1. The only constant is change. Some of it was complete bullshit but no reason we shouldn't keep the good bits. A move to remote work (where possible) has been overdue for a decade.

  2. I managed to get a pilot wfh deal going with my company back in 2016. As a software developer, it worked really well. No having to "Come down" from the commute in the morning and no turning up late because I had to get up unnaturally early for me to get in at the expected time. Only one day a week though and eventually the rest of the week's commute was still to much so I moved on.
