  2. Louis, I took a look at the publicly available tax records for that "piece of shit" and it was quite interesting. I didn't understand it enough to make a comment and maybe somebody else could but it definitely looked like Shenanigans to me with the property trading hands frequently, often to holdings with very similar names.

  3.  @Xander1Sheridan  Yeah, I thought it was ready to collapse in the late 90s. The market has softened a couple of times but resumed on to new highs. It's absolutely insane.
